Specialty Product Page
Purpose and Use
The premier product line at the company is a custom-made breast prosthesis designed specifically for each patient. No two are the same, and only select retailers offer the product. The main purpose of this page is to emphasize the uniqueness, explain the appointment process, and encourage survivors to contact a retailer nearby.

ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT
Original Site
The site this page originally lived on was not developed with user experience in mind. The approach was to put information on the page in case someone landed on that screen. The page was built a little while after the product was on the market, and it had not been updated regularly.
With the whole website being lower in priority for marketing, this page especially lacked emotion, flair, and up-to-date content. The large bodies of text overwhelm, which ultimately leave the user more stressed than informed.

APPROACH
PLANNING AND DESIGN
Confer with R+D department and the sales and marketing team to decide the important points to emphasize.
Create page sections with design elements that encourage scrolling without inundating the user with information.
